Samsung just announced its next Unpacked event, to be held jointly with Google on October 11th in San Diego and everything points to this being the unveiling of the Samsung Nexus Prime.
The invitation discretely suggests that we’ll learn “what’s new from
Android,” so this should also coincide with the first official look at
Android Ice Cream Sandwich,
Unlike previous
events held solely by Samsung, this time the Korean company has
announced this to be a “Google episode” and it has even put Google’s
logo next to its own, so that’s one further hint about a big day for Android as well.
There’ll
also be a livestream available at YouTube.com/Android for all you
netizens to check out, but there’s already a little scoop, which could
possibly have spoiled the surprise of the event - Android Ice Cream Sandwich, or what looks like it, has leaked in a two minute video. Is the leak real? The answer is only two weeks ahead.
