Motorola Stockholders Will Vote on Proposed Google Merger November 17

With the growing number of patent lawsuits getting tossed around at Android handset makers, all eyes will turn their focus to Motorola’s stockholders, who will vote to move forward with the proposed Google merger (acquisition). By no means does anyone expect them to not vote this in, but we just wanted to point out that there are still steps in the process that need to be completed before everything becomes officially official. The deal is also expected to close by the end of this year.
